"You guys just cancel people's insurance without any kind of notice. Written mail, email, text, vmail...nothing. I go to pay my bill and there is no bill and my statefarm app says "I have no policy with statefarm right now and if I'd like to start a quote". I've been paying you guys for a whole year. And gave you everything you asked for. And then you guys give me no communication at all about a cancelation. Really crappy for business. I will take my money elsewhere."

"I was referred by a friend who told me he was paying what I honestly thought was an unbelievably good price for auto insurance. I gave these folks a call and told them exactly that. The price they quoted me at was even lower than I was looking for, for a policy that included much more than my previous insurer. Customer service was also amazing. My contact was Sarah and she worked around my unusual work schedule and my dumb, specific questions. Plus, the entire process required less than 20 minutes of conversation.
