"Not only were they able to provide the best rate for auto and renters insurance in southeast Michigan the rep I worked with, Sarah Huthwaite, was extremely knowledgeable and flexible while I shopped around for quotes. If you’re in Michigan I highly suggest going to them for your insurance needs."

"State Farm recently raised my rates 33% without any accidents or violations on my record. I then got a quote from Liberty Mutual that was 20% lower than what I was currently paying. I did not want to go through the hassle of switching so I asked if State Farm could price patch Liberty Mutual. David Arce and his team said absolutely not and I was forced to switch companies. Companies that do not price match don’t really care about their customers. To make matters worse, I canceled my policy on April 16th 2024. It wasn’t until June 17th 2024 until I got my refund!! David Arce and his team held on to my money for 2 MONTHS!!! And trust me I called several times asking what the status was always with the same reply that his team didn’t know. NEVER get insurance through this location they are absolutely awful and will make it extremely difficult to leave."

"Unfortunately, after months of issues I've cancelled my policy with this location for multiple reasons 1) Changes occurred to my policies without my authorization leading to an increase in price 2) Time and effort that I need to put in to correct their mistakes and get the warranted refund is excessive. 3) It was not possible to align all of the PIP form renewal dates for different vehicles so every other month, a new form would be requested and if it got missed, the bill would be increased significantly without any effort to prevent this on their side 4) After cancelling my policies, it took 2 months to actually cancel all of them in their system while I was receiving late notices and bills. I had to call corporate to get that fixed. 5) There were so many problems that I stopped communicating via phone and would only communicate via email in order to have written evidence of what occurred in the past."
